ABSTRACT

The development of nanotechnology has made it possible to develop safe, efficient, precise and controllable drug delivery system (DDS). Among them, organic or inorganic synthetic nanocarriers have been widely reported and used for the delivery of tumor therapeutic agents. However, some of carriers have several problems, such as easily eliminated by the body's immune system, difficult to preparation or poor safety in vivo. In recent years, with the development of biomedicine, biomimetic technology based biomembrane-mediated nanodrug delivery has organically integrated the low immunogenicity of natural biomembrane, cancer targeting, and the controllable and multifunctional of smart nanocarrier design. It will achieve a new breakthrough of nanotechnology in cancer targeted therapy. Based on the recent advances of cell membrane-derived biomimetic nanotechnology and the nanomedicine in the field of cancer therapy, this review discusses the three aspects including the experimental basis of cell membrane-derived biomimetic nanotechnology, the classification of biomimetic nanodrug delivery platforms, and the application in cancer targeted therapy. Therefore, the review will provide reference for the design of smart drug delivery system and its development in cancer targeted treatment.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE@#To study the risk factors and infection characteristics of nosocomial infection in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and analyze the relationship between different nutritional status and nosocomial infection, early treatment response.@*METHOD@#The clinical data of 133 children with ALL treated with CCCG-ALL-2015 from June 2016 to June 2019 (chemotherapy stage, risk level, MRD), infection during hospitalization (course of infection, laboratory indicators, sites of infection, outcome) and nutritional status (sex, age, height/ length, weight) were enrolled. The Chi 2 test and Logistic regression analysis were used for statistical analysis.@*RESULTS@#The rate of nosocomial infection was 19.9% in 133 children with ALL, in which 3 were infection-related death. Sex, immunophenotype and risk showed no significantly affect on the occurrence of nosocomial infection (P>0.05), but neutrophil count, hemoglobin level, platelet count, chemotherapy stage, length of stay in hospital and nutritional status showed affect on the occurrence of nosocomial infection (P<0.05). Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that chemotherapy stage, length of hospital stay, neutrophils and nutritional status were the independent risk factors, in which the respiratory tract infection was the most common. Gram-positive bacteria, Gram-negative bacteria and fungi accounted for 44.1%, 52.9% and 2.9% respectively. The negative rate of MRD in day 19 and day 46 between different nutritional status groups showed statistically significant (P<0.05).@*CONCLUSION@#Neutrophil count, chemotherapy stage, length of stay in hospital and nutritional status are independent risk factors for nosocomial infection. Among of them, nutritional status negatively correlated with nosocomial infection, and the poorer nutritional status, the higher risk of nosocomial infection. Malnutrition, overweight and obesity can affect the early treatment response of ALL children. The level of nutrition at first diagnosis can be used as a bad factor to evaluate the early treatment response of ALL children.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To explore effects of high-quality nursing on patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods:A total of 120 AMI patients, who were treated in our hospital and received successful PCI from Mar 2014 to Dec 2015,were selected.According to random number table, patients were divided into routine nursing group and high-quality nursing group (received high-quality nursing mode based on routine nursing group).Levels of interleukin (IL)-6,high sensitive C reactive protein (hsCRP)and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α)before and after nursing, symptoms disappear time, length of hospital stay and in-cidence of complications were observed and compared between two groups. Results:Compared with routine nursing group, there were significant reductions in symptoms disappear time [(16.23±3.10)d vs.(13.15±2.90)d]and length of hospital stay [(18.73±4.10)d vs.(15.26±3.40)d],levels of IL-6 [(40.78±4.01)pg/ml vs.(35.28 ±2.59)pg/ml],hsCRP [(11.86±3.12)mg/L vs.(7.16±1.93)mg/L]and TNF-α [(4.50 ±0.45)g/L vs. (3.47±0.53)g/L]after nursing, and incidence rate of complications (20.0% vs.8.3%)in high-quality nursing group,P <0.05 or <0.01. Conclusion:High-quality nursing mode can effectively promote symptom recovery,in-crease therapeutic effects, reduce incidence rate of complications and improve prognosis in AMI patients undergoing successful PCI,which is worth extending.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVETo observe the effects of curing the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with the methods of Blade needle closed loosing and reduction with traction at the same time.

METHODSFrom May 2006 to May 2009, 65 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were divided into treatment group and control group according the random number table produced by SAS Software. There were 18 males and 17 females in the treatment group, age in range from 42 to 73 years old with an average of (61.3 +/- 6.4) years, course of disease was from 8 to 42 months with an average of (23.8 +/- 13.8) months, preoperatively cervical functional score was from 4 to 17 scores with the mean of (11.45 +/- 3.31) scores. And in the control group, including 14 males and 16 females, aged from 44 to 76 years old with an average of (62.4 +/- 8.8) years, course of disease was from 7 to 43 months with an average of (24.4 +/- 16.8) months, preoperatively cervical functional score was from 4 to 18 scores with the mean of (11.40 +/- 3.24) scores. The patients of treatment group were treated with Blade needle closed loosing the specific pain point on the neck and shoulder, then immediately underwent traction and reduction after operation. And the patients of control group were treated with traditional traction. The cervical functional score were compared between the two groups at 10, 20, 180 d after treatment, including pain of neck and shoulder, limitation of motion of neck, tenderness of neck, numbness and muscle weakness of upper limb.

RESULTS(1) At the 10th day after treatment, the total score of treatment group was (15.43 +/- 3.46) scores, which was obviously higher than that of control group's (13.17 +/- 3.18) scores (P < 0.01). In different symptoms, treatment group also was better than that of control group (P < 0.05), so as in the tenderness of neck, and especially in the limitation of motion of neck and muscle weakness of upper limb decreased obviously (P < 0.01). (2) At the 20th day after treatment, the total score of treatment group was (18.00 +/- 2.94) scores, which was obviously better than that of control group's (15.90 +/- 2.89) scores (P < 0.01). In different symptoms, treatment group also was better than that of control group (P < 0.05), so as in the pain of neck and shoulder, numbness and muscle weakness of upper limb (P < 0.05), and especially in the limitation of motion of neck, tenderness of neck decreased obviously (P < 0.01). (3) At the 180th day after treatment, the total score of treatment group was (16.63 +/- 3.32) scores, which was obviously better than that of control group's (12.67 +/- 3.42) scores (P < 0.01); In different symptoms, treatment group also was better than that of control group (P < 0.05), so as in the numbness of upper limb (P < 0.05), and especially in the pain of neck and shoulder, muscle weakness of upper limb, limitation of motion of neck, tenderness of neck decreased obviously (P < 0.01).

CONCLUSIONCompared with method of traditional traction, Blade needle closed loosing and traction in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can significantly obtain clinical effects, which can quickly improve symptoms, relieve pain of neck and shoulder, limitation of motion of neck, tenderness of neck, numbness and muscle weakness of upper limb.
